Warranty & Repair Services

THE LUCKY OLIVE JEWELRY GUARANTEE!

Responsible and sustainable production lies at the epicenter of what we do. We never waste a single piece of polymer clay (every scrap is artfully repurposed); we avoid using plastic in our packaging wherever possible; and, any broken or defected jewelry piece which cannot be sold as is, is upcycled into either a book charm, a key chain, art installation for the home or office, or kept in our office Scrap Jar (as a part of Lucky Olive's office décor).
With a key focus on circularity, we're proud to offer LIFETIME WARRANTY from the time of purchase. Please note that our warranty is only extended to jewelry purchased directly through us, not from resellers. We are glad to make reasonable repairs on your LUCKY OLIVE piece, for as long as you own it, upon inspection.

WARRANTY COVERAGE
LUCKY OLIVE ATELIER warrants all jewelry products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for LIFETIME WARRANTY from the date of original purchase from us. During the warranty period, if a defect arises in the product, we will either repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or replace the product altogether, which will be decided after inspection of the jewelry piece. Should the product not be available anymore, we will replace your damaged jewelry with a new product of equivalent value. The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items, or items broken out of ordinary use. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.

Only round trip shipping costs need to be bore by the sender; REASONABLE repair services are at zero cost.


OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICES
If your jewelry needs warranty service, please email us a picture at info@luckyoliveatelier.com and include your invoice number in the email. If you don't have your invoice number anymore, please email us your full contact information for us to locate you in our customer database. From then, allow us between 48 to 72 hours to get back to you with the instructions.


EXCLUSION & LIMITATIONS
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to products bought on our website. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, which we will determine upon assessing your jewelry. Do not expose your Lucky Olive jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, pools, hot tubs, spas, lotions, make up, and perfume. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Lucky Olive jewelry. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your Lucky Olive jewelry.
